Because of an HOA inspection we needed to get the driveway power washed within the week. My sister recommended I try Thumbtack to find a business. I found KA (Kevin A.) in two days after signing up and he was kind, patient (we did some phone call tagging) before I chose him. Even gave us a limited discount b/c I explained that I have POA in finances and my dad (who is 90yo, cognitive decline) didn’t want me to spend what some other businesses were charging. And Kevin was understanding of this matter with respect. That is why we chose him too! The workmanship was great and he even was able to remove several white paint stains (we told him of) from the driveway. I was at work when he came and after he sent me photos and then said in him note “I saw that your porch and walkway needed washing too so I just did it and NO CHARGE. “ That was a “bonus” as to his professional performance!!!
