Not only are they responsive, but they offered a free consult and the fairest pricing of other companies to date. Once they gave me the quote they were able to come in the next day. Carlos and his team did an exceptional excellent job on repairing my mortar and brick problem around my whole house. I was having some major foundation issues, chimney issues, and leaks coming from the outside to inside. Carlos and his brother and nephew were amazing and professional. They got the job done at a reasonable price and reasonable time frame. I am well pleased and highly recommend them to anyone who needs brick and mortar and cement repairs. I wish they provided other home rehab contract services lol please make them your first choice… some before and after pictures of the chimney and after pictures of the foundation repairs

Diaz chimney replaced my concrete cap, re-pointed the mortar, power washed the brick and waterproofed. They showed up on time, matched the mortar, did an excellent job on the repairs and provided a 5 year warranty on the work. I was impressed enough to ask for an estimate on a patio project we are considering. Recommended.
