BT was an absolute godsend! He was quick, knowledgeable, licensed, and overall very kind. He was able to get a new hot water heater ordered and installed the same day which removed a great deal of stress from the situation. Extremely professional and able to educate me in everything that was needed and it's process. He is greatly experienced (over 20 years!) and provided fair and valuable service.
