Greg was absolutely amazing. He came out to my home, tested everything and explained to me what I needed not trying to sell me anything I did not need. The work was done quickly, efficiently and in my price range I can afford. He even got along with my dog which made things a lot less stressful so he could work there even when I wasnt home. He tore out the old unit , put a new one in and I actually have heat making it to my second story when before it wasnt making it there. I would use him again in a heartbeat due to his professionalism, and true concern for you and what needs to be done.

We were blown away by how far literally and figuratively Greg Fox went to fix our thermostat problems due to poor wiring in our house and difficulties with the manufacturer. Not only did he drive 50 miles to get us a different thermostat than the one we'd ordered which it turned out wouldn't work with our house's crazy wiring, but he hung around for nearly an hour to help us with phoning the manufacturer's helpline about our problems using it by wifi. We'd already seen how careful, thorough and pleasant he was, but this was so far beyond the call of duty.
