- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When a customer calls asking for a service, we can provide them with a quote before even coming to their home. If we have to do a diagnostic, we will provide our customer with their quote before starting any project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our master plumber has over 25 years of experience and we have been in business since 2008. Our son is in training and has been so for the last 4 years and following his father's footsteps
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our family consists of 5 children and 2 adults...Kirk had been working as a Plumber for 20 years and his pay was at a stand-still in 2008 and with the economy crash we were hardly making ends meet. We then did the next best thing and that was to put our effort into starting our own business. With Kirk's customer service skills and knowledge of old and new plumbing world, my management and customer service experience our business thrived rapidly. We would like to thank all of our family, friends and most importantly our customers that have supported us through our journey.. We look forward to many more years to come! Thank you & God Bless!
