Our owner started in the moving as a foreman for another company and after collecting bunch of positive feedback and referrals from customers he was promoted to be e an owner-operator taking on more responsibilities. Easy Relocation was excellent, I had a long distance move and they were professional and very transparent of everything. The owner Jim is very honest and made things right when he really didn’t have to. Looking forward to working with them again if I comeback to the area. Only thing I would like say to potential customers when getting a quote is to itemize every item you have, the more details of the items you give, the more accurate the estimate will be so you won’t be surprised with any extra fees.

I made the mistake of not properly itemizing my furnishings. Be sure to itemize every item. There was a mix up in communication and we couldn’t afford to move. Unfortunately we lost our deposit but Jimmy the Dispatcher understood our situation and worked with us and did not charge any additional fees.
