Painted a master bathroom and kitchen.They also put in two new toilets that we had planned to get a plumber to install. It all worked out well and the added cost was reasonable.

We hired Jhon to make number of home improvements, repairs, and perform some remodel work on our property. Shortly after meeting with us at the property and discussing our needs, Jhon provided us with a competitive and detailed cost/material estimate. Once we agreed to proceed, Jhon and his team were able to start right on schedule. Each day they were on time and very polite while working. He maintained excellent communication throughout the project and we were very pleased with the end result.

We were thrilled with the experience of working with Rosales Contractors for our interior painting project. Jhon, the owner, was proactive, responsive, and flexible throughout. Rosales provided very competitive pricing and handled all the legwork in terms of materials and supplies. Jhon’s team was very professional and courteous throughout the three day project and they were especially mindful about cleaning up at the end of each day.
