I asked Experts Remodel to construct a new bathroom. It was a challenging job because there were no existing plumbings (water and waste lines) and the space is small. I have an idea of the layout and Experts Remodel helped with design ideas. The project Manager, David Levy, is very responsive. The foreman (Beto) is simply the best. Incredible skills. I have never met someone before who is all-around with expertise in carpentry, masonry, electricity, plumbing, painting, and design. Although it took 6 weeks to complete the job, every detail is executed carefully and precisely. The bathroom still needs completion of the glass door and lock for the pocket door, but as early as now, Experts Remodel has already earned my cinco estrellas.

David and team turned our dream kitchen into reality! The company is responsive and does whatever it takes to satisfy their client. We had some delays due to our work being done over the xmas and new year holidays but Experts Remodel did what they had to do to finish our project to our satisfaction.

The company was very responsive and did a good job at my basement. Daniela the project manger was very helpful and did a wonderful job before , during and after finishing the job . She came see real times to explain the processes and helped with my comments on the contract, came with me to chose the floor tiles and picked them up . She was always in time and very responsive to my requests. If I have any new project, I will definitely ask for Danielle and Experts remodel again

Update: The team reached out to us to hear more about our experience and offered to make things right. They were deeply apologetic, promised to learn from mistakes, and fixed some of the issues we were having. They showed us their portfolio of recent work — it’s clear they normally do beautiful solid work in a timely & efficient manner. Their customer service is bar none and it’s evident they’re passionate about what they do. They really won us over again — I’d trust them next time we have another project and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional contractor. Original: We hired them for a simple laundry room remodel (put up walls, ceiling, floors, W/D installation) and repaint our deck. It took them nearly 1.5 months to get through the projects — way too long in our experience working with contractors. They also came 4 times before giving us a final estimate and wouldn’t tell us how long it would take once they started. It was fairly sloppy work for what we expected, they had to redo the floors three times, and they were messy after the projects were done. We were so fed up and done with them that I just wanted them out of the house. It’s sad because I enjoy the laundry room now and the project manager/designer did her best with the crew, but it was at the expense of so much added stress and wasted time. Would not recommend them.

First, I was able to schedule an estimate very quickly, Eli was very prompt and took the time to help me shop for materials and assist with quantities. David explained the process and worked with me when needed, he truly cared that the process was understood and was very empathetic. Luis was an exceptional and hard worker, putting in time and small touches that did not go unnoticed. Eli personally walked me through the finished product to make sure I was happy. A family owned business who was very flexible. A very positive experience, what a difference!

We are affordable and provide quality work on time with great customer service. We are not the cheapest contractor if you're looking for it. we are not the most expensive we are in the middle. you get what you pay for. and with us your satisfaction is the most important.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our project managers will arrive to the job site, interduce the company, give suggestions and ideas regarding your project, take measurements and help with design ideas as needed. Then we will provide estimate. Upon agreement of the proposal, we immediately start applying for the necessary permits, make schedule and we begin construction ASAP!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our workers are professionals, we are licensed and insured.
