Outstanding experience with Better Appliance Repairs. Alexy was incredibly responsive from the start and went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my icemaker—no guesswork, no delays. On top of that, he took the initiative to clean out the bottom of the refrigerator, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. Professional, efficient, and courteous—Highly recommend!

Alexey and team are amazing. From their very fast response and fair estimate cost to the repair to advice and final price, they were top notch. Our fridge and freezer stopped cooling, and Alexey was able to come, troubleshoot and fix everything within a very reasonable time-frame. We also asked him to repair our parents fridge and he did a great job there too. We will work with him and his team again.

Alexey was punctual, got to the root of the issue and was able to replace the board provided by me. Their prices are slightly expensive where the cost of repair is almost close to buying a brand new set. So the value proposition has to reinstated for driving value to the customer instead of buying a new appliance
