FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as fair, honest and cheap as possible with all of my customers. Using Thumbtack I will usually give an initial quote with a rough idea of what the job entails until we actually discuss the job needed done over the phone, or in person to be able to give a full proof estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a quote is sent out, I initially like to introduce myself and provide as much information I can and answer any questions a customer may have to the best of my ability. I will then offer a customer to feel free to contact me anytime with my provided personal cell phone number with any further questions or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked along side many Electrical Journeyman and Master Electricians in my time as an Electrician for many years, it was then after the people I have worked with over the years that I decided to make being an Electrician my lifelong career, and enrolled myself into a state approved apprenticeship program and passed with a 98% grade point average.
