- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
prices vary depending on the job - each job is different - I also offer the anti-slip service on the floor of the tubs as well as installing new drainage or new overflow cover - each job is different
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i normally like to go to see the proyect if it is in the 30 range mile otherwise i wil do by phone with pictures or short videos
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have over 15 years refinishing bathtubs
