- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple, we do do not trick our customers with an extremely low show up rate, our service/diagnostic fee is one price up to an hour of diagnostic
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer has a different need and want as well as a certain level of hvac understanding, we ask a ton of questions to figure the best option and try to leave every customer feeling confident and comfortable with their system
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my un-restricted master’s license through an eight year apprenticeship/journey man program, other certifications included… back flow prevention, level 4 epa CFC cert, Load calculations and duct design, etc..
