I had originally hired Sonia for a one-time cleaning. However, her service was so spectacular I asked her to continue to clean for me on a biweekly basis. I have now had two cleanings by Sonia. Consistency, reliability, and professionalism are most important to me for a cleaning service and Sonia’s cleaning service demonstrates each of these. She is very responsive and shows up on time. Typically, Sonia brings someone with her to help clean and they clean efficiently and throughly. I’ve had other cleaners who are very chatty the entire time, but not Sonia’s team. They come in and get to work immediately with one team member starting on the next floor of my home while the other is finishing up the prior floor. After the cleaning service, the house smells clean, kitchen and bathroom surfaces are shiny, floors and other surfaces are vacuumed or mopped well. I also appreciate the fact that I didn’t have to spend much time explaining what needed to be cleaned or how something should be cleaned as I have had to do with a couple of other cleaners in the past. Sonia is clearly a professional and knows exactly what to do, but wants to make sure her customers are fully satisfied. I highly recommend Sonia and am thankful we found and hired her to do recurrent cleaning for us.

Sonia is great!! She leaves my house looking beautiful, has no problem in taking in suggestions and she even folds up the toilet paper like in a hotel. It's the little things that count for me. I love coming the feeling of coming home to a squeaky clean house. I would 100% recommend her. Thanks Sonia.

B&J Professional House Cleaning did a great job on my home. She was punctual and cleaned all of the areas well. I loved the professional touch with the making of the beds and folding corners of towels and toilet tissue. I plan to continue to use B&J.

I’m very pleased with how quickly Sonia got the house cleaned and I have a pretty big home . She was right on time and soon as she walked in she got straight to work . I love the little things she does to give the house that nice hotel feel ! like folding napkins. That was a nice cute touch ! She definitely wants to please you and do the job right and has no problem with criticism. She is there to get the job done and she stays until your satisfied . I reminded her about the refrigerator and she didn’t make any fuss about it she thanked me for reminding her and started cleaning it . I would highly recommend hiring Sonia . I had money out I had high end designer out and I usually lock it all up but she gave me a vibe that was like family/ friend and I can definitely say now she’s 100% trust worthy.
