Highly recommend. Responsive, thorough with the diagnosis, quick with the remedy, and of great value. Super nice guy too (Kent). Will be our go-to guy when we have other appliance issues and he is avaialble.

Kent is a knowledgeable, all-around professional who responded quickly to my initial query regarding a leaking washer and set up an appointment, then showed up at the agreed to time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to order the part and returned at a convenient time a few days later to make the repair and get my washer back in working order. He also ran diagnostics since it is an older model, and since everything else checked out, it made sense to do the repair rather than replace the washer, so I will hopefully get a few more years out of it. He stands behind his work by providing a 90-day warranty. Kent is personable and reliable, as well as knowledgeable, and I'd not hesitate to hire him again for appliance repair. I highly recommend his services!

He is the nicest guy and was really honest. he could have bled money out of me in repairs but instead recommended I replace the whole dishwasher.

KB determined quickly that the problem with my dryer was electrical and not with the appliance itself; by being prompt and forthright, I was able to quickly get an electrician to the house to make repairs

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Approximately 2 years of on the job training running on average of 6 service calls a day servicing cooking appliances, dishwashers, and laundry appliances.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I retired from a county job after 23 years of service. I needed to start a new career. I read Ken Coleman’s book and took the job assessment. I learned that I had a passion to help others and that repairing appliances would be a great fit. I was immediately hired by a large appliance repair company. I worked there for approximately 2 years learning everything I could in the cook/dish and laundry fields. I loved it. Granted i’m retired, I didn’t sign up for the long days and daily dissatisfied customers due to overbooked calls totally out of my control. I decided to start my own business doing what I love to do and provide excellent customer service.
