They came and they installed it really fast and with short notice! I really appreciated that. You do have to stay with them to make sure the wallpaper aligns well and seamlessly if your print is tiny (mine was) but overall it was a great service

While the primary point of contact, William, was responsive and helpful, communication with the actual crew performing the work proved challenging. Although I didn’t initially mind using Google Translate to bridge the language gap, it became a significant obstacle due to multiple issues that arose during the project.
I hired the company to paint two rooms and install an accent wallpaper wall in each. Prior to the project, I provided the paint colors and codes for each room. When the crew arrived, I clearly explained which color was designated for each space. However, they only brought one of the colors and mistakenly began painting the wrong room. Resolving this required several discussions, and I was only able to communicate effectively after the crew contacted William, as I did not have his direct contact information. Eventually, they acquired the correct paint, but I was never provided with the promised paint receipts. As a result, I could not verify the costs or ensure I wasn’t charged for their initial mistake.
Additionally, the paint job required the crew to return, as the promised two coats were not properly applied. The coverage was uneven, with visible roller marks. Despite my attempts to point out the issues, the crew insisted they had completed two coats. To address the problem, I had to mark areas with blue tape to ensure corrections were made, which was frustrating. At that point, I simply wanted the project to be completed.
I also had to ask the crew not to wash their paint brushes in my laundry sink, as this could damage the pipes and cause harmful fumes. Furthermore, paint splatters were left on my carpet and an adjacent door. The protective cloth they used was too small, covering only the immediate work area, which contributed to these issues.
For the wallpaper installation, I specifically requested an experienced installer, which made this part of the project smoother. However, an additional $75 fee was required for the installer to return and complete the job due to a miscalculation in the wallpaper quantity—this issue was caused by the vendor I purchased from, not the company. That said, given the earlier challenges I faced, it would have been a nice gesture for the company to waive this fee as a goodwill measure.
While I may consider referring this company to others, I would recommend improvements in the following areas:
• Ensuring William is directly accessible to clients for quicker resolution of issues.
• Double-checking paint orders to prevent mistakes.
• Taking greater care to protect the home from damage.
• Providing transparency in material costs by supplying receipts as promised.
Overall, the experience was mixed—William provided good customer service, but several execution challenges could have been better managed.
