Yes, we certainly do. If our clients want to alter certain services, we would be happy to provide them with customized pricing, tailored to their pet(s) specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a request for service, we will set up a complimentary initial consultation to meet the client and their pet(s). Prior to the consultation, we will email them a few forms that all of our new clients need to complete: a Client Service Agreement and a Veterinary Release form. These forms allow us the information necessary to provide the best care for your pet. At the consultation, the founder (Joelyne King) will pick up these forms, along with two sets of keys. Clients will receive a real time email notifying them after their walk has been completed and the details of their walk, whether the dog went no. 1 or no. 2 and if it was fed, if that was requested. The pet care professional will also leave you detailed notes about the visit. If you are hiring us for pet sitting, you will also receive these email notifications after each visit in addition to a pet report card upon your arrival home. The owner of the company and it's branch managers are always reachable during normal business hours and after-hours for emergencies. Emails and phones are answered daily if not instantly, within a few hours. You will get a response. We understand how important it is to make ourselves reachable when your pet(s) are in our care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We renew our Pet CPR/ First Aid training yearly. We are also members of Pet Sitters International and are always taking their pet care provider seminars, to enhance our knowledge further. All of our sitters have a background in pet care and have pets of their own. You will be assigned a primary pet care provider and a back up sitter in case your primary sitter is not available. We ALWAYS have a back up plan. We are always working one-on-one with our pet care professionals to ensure they provide your pets with the best possible care.
