- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My current rates are listed below: 1 session-$90 per session 3 sessions-$85 per session 6 sessions-$80 per session 12 sessions-$75 per session 18 sessions-$70 per session 24 sessions-$65 per session 30 sessions-$60 per session Group Rates: 2-on-1=$60 per person 3-on-1=$55 per person 4+-on-1=$50 per person *I offer a 20% discount for students, nurses, military/law enforcement, & first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the first session, I have the client fill out a medical history questionnaire. I record measurements, body fat %, & body weight. Then, I administer a fitness assessment which involves the following: 1min. Of Push-ups 1min. Of Sit-ups 1min. Of Squats 1min. Of Pull-ups 1.5 mile run or 2,400m row for time
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do continued education at least 2-3 Xs a year to stay up to date with my certifications. Plus, learning is always fun for me & I become a better trainer for it!
