I highly recommend German Almaraz for renovating your home. German renovated our home in Georgetown 2019. We were so pleased we hire him again in 2020. In 2019 German renovated two bathrooms, increased the square footage of one of the bathrooms, created a foyer space—which opened up our upstairs landing space. He also expanded the walk-in closet. In 2020 German completely renovated our basement space—he created two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a closet laundry space. German came up with smart designs that increased the value of our home from three bedroom, two bathrooms—to five bedrooms, three full bathrooms. German is an all-in-one contractor, he creates the designs plans; he is well-connected with DC HUD—so he can smoothly push your plans for approval and coordinates DC inspections. His team will take care of your electrical and plumbing—you can trust that the work will always pass inspection because he is knowledgeable about DC codes. My overhead cost for my company is 20% mark-up
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First meeting get as much information about the project and second meeting is provide a drawing that reflects the project and then I will provide a proposal cost to the new client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a designer and also provide Construction drawings and also get the drawings approve by the DCRA.
