What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is not a one-size-fits-all radon mitigation system that works in every home. There are multiple factors that play a role in the price of the installation. Typical installations start at $949, activating passive systems start at $649, and crawl space mitigations usually require a site visit to evaluate the home for an estimate. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Following our initial conversation where I learn about your mitigation needs, I will work with you to design the system, make sure you understand how the system works, explain how to maintain your system, and install the system as promised.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Maryland contractor with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, and am fully trained and licensed to help you with your radon mitigation needs.
