- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary according to the many different types of projects available. As a rule, we charge $40-75 for resumes and $20-25 for cover letters. Copy-editing fees are as follows: Up to 1,500 words $250 1501 – 4999 words $400 5000 – 9999 words $600 10,000 – 24,999 words $800 25,000 – 40,000 words $900 More than 40,000 words - Let's talk! Generally, our prices are very competitive with researched market rates. We provide an electronically signed contract, and a 1/2 price deposit is expected with your signature on the contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you hire us for a project, we will send a message requesting a brief phone conversation to discuss your needs, specifications, due dates, and contact information. We then provide an electronically signed contract, and a 1/2 price deposit is expected with your signature on the contract. We work at your convenience, but most of our work has been completed online from introduction to fee payment and follow-through.
