When it comes to my pricing the customer should know that I provide a price that is afordable and fair to the customer's needs as well as the quality of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before working with a new customer I generally introduce myself and my business as well as give a briefing on my experience in the trade.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18+ years of experience working in the field of carpet cleaning, floor care and maintenance, tile and grout, and etc.. I have worked with top companies such as Sears Carpet and Air duct cleaning, Fowler Carpet Cleaning, Tri-State-Sani glazing Tile restoration & Carpet cleaning as well as 13+ years as an employee of Anne Arundel County (FMD) where I worked as a member of the building maintenance staff.
