We offer reasonable rates. We sometimes have discounts if you sign up for recurring services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to the customer's needs and give them options to provide the estimates. We normally do that by phone, email, or walk-through the house. We do our best to accommodate the new customer as soon as they need the service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our company is a family owned and operated business. We chose to work in this industry because we enjoy cleaning and love to see a clean environment. To add, we started the company when one of our family members, while working as a waitress assistant, got inspired by a customer to get into the cleaning business. It's now 25 years and it has proven to be a wise decision.
