Sam was professional and had great knowledge of what was needed to be done. He was a passionate type late but kept me updated on his new eta. Samuel did a great job cleaning my ducts and vents. He went the extra mile by raising concerns about potential mold in my furnace. Although out of scope, he uncovered my furnace to reveal the issue he suspected that he identified in my vents and patiently educated me on what steps to take to remediate the issue. Thanks to Samuel, I was able to not only get my ducts cleaned efficiently and effectively, but I can also address the mold in my furnace that may have gone unnoticed otherwise. He even made a solid recommendation on who to contact to get it resolved immediately making a stressful situation seamless to rectify.
