- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every situation may be a little different, It all depends on the customer needs. This is why my preference is to speak with a customer prior to visiting the location of the issue. My rates are affordable and all my work is guaranteed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Completely informing the customer of the job at hand and going over and beyond to satisfy there needs and also looking ahead at future problems that could occur.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Plumbing liscence in dc and md also backflow certification also years of hands on in residential and commercial applications. I've taken water heater diagnostic training on regular and tankless systems. Water filter training. And 35 plus years in the business
