Caliph reached out to me as I was searching for a computer help. He was very responsive and I was able to get seen the next day. I struggled with my at home work office set up, the docking station and hooking up the monitors were not working. Caliph was able to work through it, explain the issues and provided at cost a compatible docking station and USB hub. I love that he came prepared with the equipment needed and now I have the perfect at home set up.

He called to let me know he was running late. That was a positive!!! No one has control over traffic, etc, it is very considerate to get a call letting you know someone is running a bit late. My computer had more than a "virus". Caliph stayed until it was resolved...ie. he backed up my files, reinstalled windows, and did not leave until I was up and running. His persistence and resolve to rid my computer of its demons gave me the confidence I needed that my computer was not going into the trash. He tried to repair it BEFORE backing up all of my files...to save me some money. But, my computer was SO infected, that he had to copy all of my files to his drive...since my external drive had been corrupted. I have extreme anxiety letting someone work on my computer. But, Caliph put me at ease from the beginning. I was comfortable walking out of the room and letting him work on it. Honestly, Dynamic Technical Solutions could not have been improved on, at this posting. I've got my database, which is priceless, and I've got internet...and, I've got no complaints. Kudos to Mr. Caliph!!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the Project is within a 60 mile radius, no extra charges for Travel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
basically the customer call in and/or provides their contact details then we'll talk it out from there. If its local then everything can be done personally, on-site meeting but if its remote (not local) needed info would be card details or Paypal. Then after we (us Pros and the customer) get more info about the project, we resolve the issues remotely or on-site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and also CCIE Certified. (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert )
