Caliph reached out to me as I was searching for a computer help. He was very responsive and I was able to get seen the next day. I struggled with my at home work office set up, the docking station and hooking up the monitors were not working. Caliph was able to work through it, explain the issues and provided at cost a compatible docking station and USB hub. I love that he came prepared with the equipment needed and now I have the perfect at home set up.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the Project is within a 60 mile radius, no extra charges for Travel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
basically the customer call in and/or provides their contact details then we'll talk it out from there. If its local then everything can be done personally, on-site meeting but if its remote (not local) needed info would be card details or Paypal. Then after we (us Pros and the customer) get more info about the project, we resolve the issues remotely or on-site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and also CCIE Certified. (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert )
