- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do vary my hourly rate based on the complexity of the job. I charge a minimum of 3 hours for a job, but I do not count travel as part of my time. My main availability is evenings and weekends. If you require week day service, the rates may be adjusted accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You have an idea, desire or need. We meet up to look at the job and I ask you lots of questions, hopefully you ask me lots of questions. I put together a proposal (not a guesstimate) and a detailed scope of work. If you approve, you sign the proposal and give me a deposit if required. We pick a day to do the work, if not right then. I do the work & we settle up upon completion of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of working with elite builders, problem solvers and leaders. As young as I am, I am very fortunate to have had people invest in me with knowledge and opportunity to develop my skills.
