- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all depends on what the issue is and how severe it is. We typically like to inspect the property then quote. This way a treatment plan is already designed around your specific needs. Discounts are available if the customer is getting signed up for multiple services. Example, a customer wants to sign up for seasonal mosquito and general pest control will get a discount. Also, sometimes Customers need to go on a frequency if they want to get rid of their issues as well as abide by any recommendations given by the technician.

Getting them knowledgeable about what their specific issues are and how we can solve them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in small business entrepreneurship. Shortly after graduating I was a manager at Orkin for a few years. I also am State certified in Core,7a,7b,7d,7e pest categories.
