Aziz was extremely patient with two elderly non-tech people re doing a WiFi system in our home. He explained everything in terms we could understand and helped us reconnect our devices which confounded us! He also organized and secured the “pieces” in a cabinet where everything was falling out. I know by the time he left he was very frustrated with our lack of tech skill but he maintained his composure! I would highly recommend him. He said he usually does much bigger network jobs and ours was a small job but it was a major job to us! I hope if we need him again he would still be willing to help us!

Aziz was top notch. He came in and diagnosed my network problem, going about his work in a confident and methodical way. He communicated really well, explaining me everything. He never pushed a solution on me - being consultative all along the way. He also bought equipment for me - finding a deal so it was cost effective. And then when he fixed the problem without needing the equipment he went and returned the equipment. Really honest guy who is very knowledgeable about the networking field. Will trust him and use him again and again.

Aziz responded right away and network setup at my house was scheduled for the next day. Given the long drive, Aziz updated me with arrival times up to actual arrival which was 10 minutes early. Once on site, Aziz listen to my list of wants and provided suggestions to improve coverage and signal quality. Aziz tested all connections and completed the job in 2 1/2 hours. This time included complete network setup and him cleaning up all of his work areas. Aziz was polite and courteous throughout the entire job as well as very knowledgeable in his craft. IMHO, Aziz could charge $100+ per hour and still be a significant value. In short, I would hire Aziz again and welcome him in my home anytime.
