- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is a fixed payment as I do not charge by the hour. My price ranges depending on the client's budget and services needed. My quote changes depending on the customer’s needs, traveling expenses, assistant(s) if needed and managing the rehearsal. I also offer planning options as a monthly payment plan if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer either meeting them face to face or via the phone. This is the best way for us to communicate your expectations and the services that I can assist and provide for you. Once we meet, I go over your expectations and vision for your wedding day and the services I can provide for you and how I can bring your vision to reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an event management certification from George Washington University. I also have over ten years of day of wedding coordination experience working with two wedding service companies as an Assistant Coordinator or the Head Coordinator managing my own weddings
