FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is dependent upon the scope of the job and what it entails. As well as what an estimation comes up to and what the insurance says.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer involves an initial consultation to understand their specific needs, followed by a site visit for a thorough system inspection. We conduct necessary tests, analyze the findings, and develop a customized solution. After presenting a detailed proposal and obtaining customer approval, we prepare and execute the work, keeping the customer informed throughout. Upon completion, we perform a final inspection and quality check, walk the customer through the work done, and provide documentation along with maintenance recommendations. We also offer ongoing support to ensure the system continues to function efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have certifications in water restoration, and fire and mold restoration. We are a licensed company that is backed by the IICRC for certification.
