FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand that anyone could log into any cruise line and book their own cruise. However, many people can feel overwhelmed about the process - how to find the cruise, how to pick the right destination, which port to sail out of, and how to find airfare. I am about customers finding the right fit for them, and making sure they are happy with the service that is provided for them in planning their next cruise vacation. I can also help you find and plan an amazing all-inclusive, or trip to Universal or Disney. All of this, for free! I work for you and take the worry out without costing you more!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Brief text/email introduction- maybe even a call though not necessary with 5-10 key questions to understand exactly what you want with your cruise vacation. Within 2-3 days of putting together options, discussing feedback, and then proceeding to the booking, you and I will be communicating the whole way through until you are at your port of call, relaxing on your cruise ship or at your amazing destination. Could you book a cruise yourself? You you go online and book Universal too? Sure, but, by using my services, I may know some deals that you are not aware of, and I will work with you to get those deals and make your cruise as affordable for you as possible, all the way through final payment until you are on your next vacation and enjoying the destinations.
