- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't. I charge by the service based on length of service, special requests, distance traveled, etc. Usually a trio or duo is more expensive merely because it involves more people and practice time. FACETIME LESSON is less expensive than an IN PERSON lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out exactly what the client wants. Then I work to help them achieve their individual goals whether it's learning an instrument or experiencing a magical wedding or special event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, in 2012 I received my Masters in Education.
