FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lower pricing from the start. Sometimes a project can cost way more than the customer expected. Things add up quick. Unlike other plumbers, there no need to try to get rich from one person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically contact the customer to schedule a time to meet with them to get my eyes on the project. Discuss with them all possibilities to solve the project in a timely fashion. Then Quote them a reasonable price. After we come to an agreement, I start the work. When a customer sees finish result, the smile on their face makes me smile. Satisfaction is sometimes a far greater feeling then money. Stay happy and pleased.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the plumbing field since 2004. I have done my 4 years of schooling and earned my Masters Plumbing License.
