- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer some of the most competeitive prices in the industry as well as discount rental package offers that can be customized to fit your needs. Unlike other providers, we do not increase our pricing dependent on the event type.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive your inquiry, we will send a brief introduction message giving general information about our sevicing and pricing. We will then contact you using your preferred method to discuss the details of your event further.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive training on the use of our equipment. Through education and experience, we have learned the requirements that create a great photo or video. More importantly, our photo booth operaters have backgrounds in providing excellent customer service. Service and customer experience are the cornerstone of our buisness.
