The fan started to make a loud clacking noise very soon after mahamat left. I texted him and he said he would be back in a couple of days to fix the problem. That was 8 days and 3 more messages with no reply ago. It was a simple vent fan install. Very disappointing.

Would not hire this expensive, unprepared handyman again. In advance, told him specifically to bring white 3-way light switches and he arrived without them. Took him over 3 hours to go to Home Depot to get the switches and install them.
