- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for the work is calculated based on the estimated time required and an hourly rate of $60. If the job requires additional materials or equipment, I discuss it with the customer beforehand. I offer discounts for large, multi-day projects and loyal customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer usually sends photos of the project to give me a better understanding of the work required. We then discuss a preliminary cost and agree on a convenient time. I arrive at the scheduled time to complete the project as discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience doing home repairs. Additionally, I regularly stay up-to-date with new techniques and tools by following industry trends and completing relevant training courses.
