Ron is so professional and knowledgeable for chimney and fireplace repairs. We had over a 100yr old chimney cleaned and repaired. He was honest and punctual and a complete pleasure to work with. Will definitely be using KCRS again!

KCRS demonstrated a high level of expertise in their field and was able to start work on the same day. Following heavy rainfall, our chimney experienced a leak into one of the rooms in our home. KRCS conducted a thorough assessment to identify the underlying cause and advised us of the next steps. Their services encompassed the repair of the chimney crown, repointing of the chimney, cleaning of the fireplace, replacement of an igniter switch, and clear instructions on its operation. Their punctuality, professionalism, and diligent cleanup post-service were excellent. The quality of work performed by KCRS exceeded expectations, leading us to hire them for an additional project involving mold remediation in HVAC ducts, scheduled for completion next week.

Ron and his crew from KCRS showed up very promptly and ran through our options to troubleshoot a problem with water coming from our fireplace. We agreed to a reasonable price and they got to work immediately, doing a great job to repair our badly cracked chimney crown. I have only good things to say about these guys, and will definitely reach out to them again in the winter when we want to service & clean our chimney!

Ron and his brother from KCRS Indoor Air Quality Solutions were excellent. I received a response the same day I found them on Thumbtack. We were so pleased to find a company familiar with Heat & Glo. Ron was very professional, neat and responsive to all our questions. Our Heat & Glo direct vent gas insert is 10 years old. After Ron did his repairs it’s like brand new. We are so happy with the results and will use KCRS and Ron for our yearly service.

KCRS responded to my inquiry very quickly. He came the same day and repaired our existing chimney cap that blew off because of the high wind’s.
