Cassie runs a tight ship and adheres to the highest standards of professionalism and competence. Her staff arrived exactly on time, set up and provided all food and additional flatware, glassware and utensils, as requested. The buffet set up allowed our family to enjoy our event without waiting to pick an item from the offerings. The food ingredients were of the highest quality and the preparation of all items was to perfection. We ordered baked chicken, ham, collards, corn on the cob, red beans and rice, cornbread and peach cobbler. Cassie took meticulous notes and met every request without exception. Her team's cooking skills exceeded our family's expectations. Everyone's palette was satisfied and they even took home a plate. I would highly recommend Socialized Catering and will definitely use them as a preferred caterer for all family and professional events!!
