Horrible, disrespectful and highly unprofessional security service . I paid a deposit and had to cancel service in advance. Marshal gave me a written statement saying I can apply the deposit to a future event. He never gave an expiration date . When I contacted him with a new event his entire text message demeanor changed. He is a bully. After I showed him the text thread after he claimed he doesn’t do what he said he would in regard to applying my deposit , he would decide if he would work my event or refund my deposit. He never got back to me and quite frankly I would not trust marshal or his team to guard a sandwich let alone my body or loved ones around me. I have the text thread to show the unprofessionalism if anyone needs the inquiry. Safety and respect is important and I would highly suggest anyone looking for a professional security service to look elsewhere. Marshal’s belittling and nasty attitude towards potential clients is horrendous. I’m so thankful I found a bodyguard elsewhere that can be trusted to keep me and my family safe 24/7
