FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my pricing is cheap and affordable. I also would give the costumer a quote and if they want to negotiate I will consider there request and I live helping people leaving them in a better situation then when we first met. We all as people go through rough times and need a helping hand if a costumer is in a tight situation and really need a plumbing issue resolved I’ll do all I can to help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually give and estimate fee to come out and look at the work. Once the issue has been identified and material and labor price has been totaled. I discuss with the costumer the cost to dis the issue if they decide to have me fix it I waive the estimate fee and charge material and labor. If the costumer decline I charge and estimate fee and leave them with the opinion to call me back after thinking it over and I’ll still waive the estimate fee or deduct it from final cost days later.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended ABC apprenticeship program for 4 years studying plumbing. Then I took my journeyman’s test and got my license. I held my journeyman’s license for 2 years and then took my plumbing master license test and now im a master plumber.
