- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike other companies, we do not charge a dispatch fee and there are no hidden costs. We have a set hourly fee for service work, and prefer to provide estimates for installs and additions so you know what to expect from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the type of call we receive.... If it's a service call for odds and ends or there's an electrical component in your home/business that's malfunctioning, we come prepared and stocked to tackle the problem. We may need to run out to grab additional material, but we can typically trace down and repair the issue. If you're looking to do a project like move a panel or run additional electrical lines, we need to come take a look at the job, provide an estimate, and then schedule the work.

We hold a Maryland State Masters Electrical license and over 10 years of experience.
