- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept ACH and Credit or Debit cards for payment. When customers add a payment method to our online portal we give a 5% discount if you allow us to charge your card weekly for a recurring service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At initial contact, we send out a services agreement and veterinary release form to someone interested in working with us. We then set up a meet and greet with a new customer so they can meet us and we can meet their pet. At that meeting, we iron out the details of service and answer any questions the client may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am pet CPR and First Aid Certified. I have spent many years with animals of all sizes.
