My son broke the garage door while driving out before the door was fully opened. This contractor stopped by quickly and provided temporary fix to close it. And later on fixed the door by replacing just half of the door. He saved me money and made my other door very smooth too. I am a happy customer. Highly recommended!

Our garage door was experiencing issues opening and closing. Upon explaining the issue when chatting on the phone, Mark correctly ended up identifying the issue even before his visit (our pulleys needed to be replaced). I really appreciated that he was honest about what the issue was and how to solve it. He did not push unnecessary solutions and was very reasonable about cost. Another provider I found on Thumbtack also had visited and pushed a new garage motor with around a 300% markup. I shared this other provider’s assessment with Mark before he visited. Upon examining our garage door, Mark reassured me that the motor was fine, and it was just the pulleys causing the issue. I didn’t know better… the other provider was clearly trying to take advantage of that… but Mark demonstrated integrity in actually focusing on solving the problem instead of trying to take advantage. Mark, thank you for your help.

Mark did a wonderful job on our garage doors, only replaced what was needed unlike others who wanted all replaced most for a higher cost. Mark was on time and completed the project within a day! Be careful out there, be sure to gather a few quotes to compare.
