I would definitely hire them again, everything was great, the kids loved it, set up was super quick, I am going to be recommending them for anyone doing a party.

We had an excellent experience with renting a unicorn bounce house for a child's birthday party. Extremely easy to work with, Khari was very flexible when we had to change the date and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Plus the bounce house itself was clean and in good condition. Definitely recommend!

I called to inform them about the dog being in the back yard and they ended up leaving me for last pick up. The men were nice and they picked up the house fast with no problems...would love to rent the house from you guys again in the far future it was so worth it...thank you very mucb

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When dealing with new customers we try and find out their budget, party theme and all that they would like at there event/party. So, we can put together a package deal to help the customer save more money and time by shopping around. We also need to know if bouncy will be going on grass or pavement. This allows us to know if sand bags are needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years managing restaurants & catering events. Great customer services is the strength behind our company. A happy customer is worth more then a extra dollar...
