- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no hidden fees. We are transparent in our pricing. The typical process would be reviewing pictures of the work & giving an estimate. Regarding lawn care, we offer discounted rates for weekly / biweekly account
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So far we have no complaints and have had great experiences working with the clients here on Thumbtack. We typically follow up leads within an hour and give a rough estimate depending on the scope of the project. We request a couple clear photos of the area where work needs to be done. If there is additional services that are in need we will look over it in person and talk about pricing. Once the job is complete we will have our client take a look, and make sure they are satisfied with our service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience doing work for properties in the New England area but are continuing to learn something new everyday!
