Over all we had a great experience with Octopus House Solutions and are very happy with the outcome of the second phase of our attic renovation. We hired Octopus to install a dormered bathroom in our attic with a stand up shower. Although the project took a little longer than we initially expected and there were some things that needed to be redone, we kind of expected to hit some road blocks since this wasn’t our first renovation. Having worked with other companies in the past I will say that Andre is a top notch GC. He has a high standard and would come to check in on the work and progress often. You could tell that he genuinely cares about his clients being happy with the end result which is a trait we very much appreciated. The team was also flexible with timing since we have a toddler we asked that the work not start for the day until he was off to daycare. Andre and his team fully executed our vision, his rate was fair and there were no surprise costs upon completion. We would recommend hiring this team and we we’ll definitely be reaching out to Andre for future updates to our home!

Incredible job! These guys are polite, responsive to texts, easy to have around and the workmanship is excellent! We are super glad we chose Octopus House Solutions to do our door/wall building project in our basement. We already have hired them for our next two projects: painting and building a snack bar. Excellent work!

Octopus Home Solutions really good job of replacing our wooden deck with composite. OHS was one of the few contractors who gave a really precise quote with detailed descriptions of what the job entails. Andre and the guys took really good job of letting us know what job was left and any surprises that were there. They were punctual and cleaned out the yard everyday after work and made it useful for us at the end of the day. We are really happy we redid the deck and we are happy that we chose Octopus Home Solutions. We highly recommend them for any house projects be it small or big. We would definitely consider them for our future house projects.

Roughly online estimate, final estimate, contract and then the magic happens. Easy like that.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been working with construction since I was 16, living in Brazil. So once I got to USA, that was my to go and I am good at it.
