Ryan was very communicative. He kept us up to date through the whole process, even when we had to reschedule due to inclement weather. I really enjoyed the fact that he uses an online payment/invoice system, and that you receive text updates as well as emails. Ryan was very polite, on time, did amazing work, the power wash was awesome! We opted for window cleaning as well which was additional but worth it. Our windows are gleaming! Overall, the price was great, (very reasonable), and I love seeing amazing work ethic /customer service! We are going to be hiring him again for sure!

Element Pressure Washing got back to me efficiently and professionally and took care of my truly gross house-siding mere days after I reached out. I came home from work with a house unrecognizably clean — it almost looked like a different color entirely. Ryan was also careful to match the right washing technique to my houses’s particular type and condition of siding and even took care of cleaning my gutter. Definitely will work with Element again.
