We had a large living room project that they painted for us which needed several types of paint for walls, ceilings, new cabinetry and a stone fireplace. Ken and company were responsive, professional, and their price was very reasonable. They were also very flexible. Due to some construction issues on our end, we had to reschedule them several times and they were more than accommodating. We also had some issues with the surfaces of the fireplace chase and surround which required some special attention and out-of-scope work. Element Properties took care of everything and while they could have been opportunistic, they were quite reasonable when it came to the extra charges. They were meticulous in their approach, their work was fantastic, and we couldn't be happier with the result. We would definitely hire them for our next project."See more
