I had a very positive experience with Rapid remodeling & restoration LLC and will definitely use them again. I have a traditional Philly rowhouse and had been putting off repairs to the lintels since I bought the house several years ago. I finally realized I needed to take action after a leak developed. I submitted a short description of the problem via their website and Barney replied with a very detailed assessment of the situation within a few hours. He then came out and took a look in person. He was incredibly knowledgable and passionate about brick facades. Scheduling the job was easy. Work started on time and completed on schedule. Jim was the foreman on my job, and he and his crew couldn't have been more professional and courteous. They made an effort to keep the sidewalk clear and cleaned up the site when they were done. I'm very happy about every aspect of this work from the communication to the execution to the final product. The price was totally reasonable, and I feel confident that the work is of the highest quality.

Rapid remodeling & restoration LLC installed our new roof and siding. They did a great job! The workers were professional, quickly solving any problems that came up with the two installs. The two project managers and salesman we had were upfront and honest, explaining everything we had questions about. Price wise this was the best quote we found with superior materials. We will definitely use Rapid remodeling & restoration LLC with any future home improvements.
