Matt helped us fix an existing NEST issue and installed 2 new ones. I am very happy about the results. Our existing NEST thermostat is acting up and sometimes it shows heating, but the water radiator is ice cold. Matt came in and started the diagnosis and proposed a few options to fix the issue (even watched some videos on his own throughout the process) and he did. Then he went ahead to install two new NEST which took some time to figure out since the wiring doesn't seem to be very standard. Matt called the tech support and successfully set both up. I would highly recommend Matt if you have NEST thermostats issues or are considering to install one. Only FYI that I have is that, Matt charged one extra hour for his commute and $20 extra for thumbtack fees. We found it acceptable (also added some tips) due to the work quality but just want to post this an FYI so that you won't be surprised by it.

Matthew is a tenacious electrician and a very honest person. He knows what he is doing. I did not bother to ask or check his service charge but I felt his price is reasonable too. It's very hard to find a good electrician and now I have found one, his number is on top of my contact list. I would definitely recommend him.

I would like to thank Matthew for his service at my mother-in-law's house. Matthew came to work on her porch light and some how my mother-in-law made Matthew complete 4 other tasks. Matthew was very patient with handling her requests even though they were a last minute task. Great price. Great communication. Great work. I am totally satisfied. He put all of the individual crystals up perfectly. When I turn the fan on it does not rock at all. I will definitely save his contact information for my electrician when I need one in the future.

Matt was great to work with.
